Diesel generators have 5 major fuel-saving technical notes:

1. Install the inertia supercharger: Install the inertia supercharger on the Diesel Generator set, which can generally increase the power by 15% and the fuel consumption by 3% to 5%.

2. The returning oil pipe is diverted: the diesel oil return pipe is connected to the high pressure oil pipe, so that the oil returning to the low pressure oil circuit can ensure normal combustion, and the fuel saving effect is very remarkable.

3. Wrap the toilet paper on the filter element: Wrap 2 to 3 layers of absorbent paper on the diesel oil filter to improve the cleanliness of the oil and reduce fuel consumption.

4. Add foam plastic air filter: In the air filter two-layer filter, add a layer of 8~20mm thick foam with good air permeability to improve the filtration effect, keep the fuel burning normally and reduce fuel consumption.

5. Use the fuel-saving and smoke-reducing device: fix the fuel-saving and smoke-reducing device vertically in the front end oil passage of the fuel injection pump, and connect the DC power supply. Used on diesel Generator sets, smoke reduction is significant. It not only reduces environmental pollution, but also saves about 5% of fuel.
