If the tap is large, the cylinder is too large or the injection time is too early.


2. Color observation method: The diesel engine works normally, and the color of the discharged exhaust gas is slightly lighter and lighter. If black gas is discharged, it means that the combustible gas is not completely burned. Blue smoke indicates that the lubricating oil is burning into the cylinder. When the white smoke is discharged, it means that there is water in the diesel fuel and the white smoke is not burned. The exhaust pipe continuously discharges the abnormal smoke color, indicating that the respective cylinders are not working properly.

4. Pulsation method: The pinching of the high-pressure fuel pipe by hand feels the pulsation of the fuel injection pump. Small pulsation: the oil supply with weak sound and low temperature is less; the abnormal sound of the explosion and the high temperature are the fuel injection pressure drop of the injector, the injection atomization is bad, or it can not be fired and completely burned in time. Large pulsation: the cylinder with strong sound and high temperature is too large for oil supply; the sound is weak and the temperature is low and the injector is stuck or the needle is stuck.

5. Oil cut method: In order to accurately determine which cylinder is faulty, the high pressure manifold can be cut off from the cylinder to the injector oil line to stop working to observe the change of diesel engine working condition. When the cylinder oil circuit is cut off, if the diesel engine speed and sound do not change or change little, the cylinder is working normally. Such as intermittent knocking, black smoke. When the oil circuit of a certain cylinder is cut off, the fault phenomenon disappears, indicating that the fault is in the cylinder.
