It is necessary to strengthen the maintenance of the three filters of the air filter, the oil filter and the diesel filter to fully exert their functions.

When the generator set is used in season, the crankcase and each lubricating surface should be cleaned by mixing the oil, kerosene and diesel oil as washing oil. After the oil is released, the washing oil can be added for cleaning. Then, the diesel generator set runs at low speed for 3-5 minutes. , then drain the washing oil and add new oil.

3. For each fuel filter in the fuel supply system, every 100-200 hours of operation, the debris should be removed once, and the fuel tank and each oil pipeline should be thoroughly cleaned. When cleaning the filter element and seal, it should be especially careful to find damage and need to be replaced in time. During the seasonal transition, the parts of the entire fuel supply system should be cleaned. The diesel used should meet the seasonal requirements and require 48 hours of precipitation purification.

Note: The three filters of air cleaner, oil filter and fuel filter are consumables. When used for more than 500 hours, they must be replaced with new ones. In this way, the service life of the diesel generator set can be better extended.
